We first began brightening up neighbourhoods in 2014 when Sonia began as a franchisee. Quickly inviting her Dad to help out, they hit the ground running & soon after recruited other family members to join in on the fun.

We have spread joy to thousands of surprise victims throughout Guelph, the Tri-Cities & surrounding areas.

With the desire to promote her own creativity, imagination & entrepreneurial spirit, in 2021 Surprise Signs was born.

With a love of flamingos & quickly nicknamed “The Flamingo Lady”, she was thrilled to incorporate her little passion into a successful business.
